Most likely the site was an amusement park. WaltDisney World through the president's brother is attempting to reduce competition.
Actually it must have been some type of risky weapons facility. Otherwise Nancy Pelosi, CNN, and friends would have been there the next day holding Assad's hand and criticising the U.S.
