Does Obama's win show US is colorblind?

Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Barack Obama D-Ill., shakes hands at a rally, Saturday Jan. 5, 2008, in Nashua, N.H. (AP Photo/M. Spencer Green)

"Whether Obama's appeal stretches beyond the farm fields of Iowa will become clear over the next month as the freshman senator faces a series of tests on different political terrain — beginning with Tuesday's primary in New Hampshire, another overwhelmingly white state."

The states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North and South Carolina and Tennessee are still ahead. The US south is the true test and I doubt the US is as colorblind as the Iowa vote would suggest.

Why Obama Can’t Save Us - In the Thrall of AIPAC

"Investigative reporter Seymour Hersh recently said that Barack Obama is our “only hope” to “lead a reconciliation between the Muslim countries and the US.” Why? Because Obama’s father was a Muslim."

Hillary's heated response in NH

Hillary, the ultimate Zionists controlled Establishment Candidate (on the democratic side) claims she is the real agent for change. What a joke...

N.H. GOP backs out of Fox GOP forum

"Fox News' decision to exclude Congressman Paul is unfair, but it won't stop Dr. Paul's message of freedom, peace and prosperity from resonating with the people of New Hampshire," said campaign spokesman Jesse Benton. He told Politico that the campaign wouldn’t hold any protest event at the same time as the forum, but rather would “just buy our own airtime and reach New Hampshire voters ourselves.”

Steely Clinton attacks Obama as new vote showdown looms

"Hillary Clinton launched a searing attack on surging rival Barack Obama, as polls showed he could inflict a second body blow to her White House hopes in Tuesday's New Hampshire primary."

Condoms 'too big' for Indian men

There is a "lack of awareness" over condom sizes

"A survey of more than 1,000 men in India has concluded that condoms made according to international sizes are too large for a majority of Indian men."

I guess size really does matter...

Defending American Values from a President Run Amok

"Even if Congress passes a law that forbids the use of torture, Yoo and his associates contend that the president is not bound by its terms: once more, he possesses plenary powers in matters of defense. The president has brazenly issued "signing statements" when he approves new legislation that declare that he will interpret laws in accord with his own dictatorial conception of his powers, i.e., he will disregard the law when it suits him."

Lebanon trying to remain free of Israeli bird flu

"After bird flu cases were detected... in the region of Haifa... the ministry of agriculture calls on farmers and hunters... particularly in the southern area close to the border with occupied Palestine, to remain vigilant to birds passing over their regions, and to keep their own birds locked up to prevent them from mixing with them," the statement said.

Iran to produce stealth fighter jets

The Iranian Saeqeh fighter-bomber

“The design of the generation 4 and 5 fighters is purely Iranian and domestic. These planes are known as stealth fighters, which can elude the enemy's sophisticated radar system,” he added, noting that the planes would also be equipped with the latest radar technology.

Food, the new global crisis

Corn grows in a farm field near Seneca, Illinois. Rising demand for grain to make fuel, food and livestock feed has helped push the prices of corn and soybeans.

"At the centre of the imminent food catastrophe is corn - the main staple of the ethanol industry. The price of corn has risen about 44% over the past 15 months, closing at US$4.66 a bushel on the CBOT yesterday - its best finish since June 1996."

Time for a u-turn in US's Iran policy

"The United States' Iran policy has become virtually a non-policy in the last year of George W Bush's presidency. Efforts to isolate, curb and punish Tehran have foundered, while Iran forges closer bonds with China and Russia."

Unaired Ron Paul Larry King Interview

Larry King Ron Paul Interview Pulled - See It Here

An Open Letter to the Jewish Community On Behalf of Ron Paul

"On October 26, 2007 the Republican Jewish Coalition made public the guests list for the debate that this important organization was to hold the following month. They were all there: Rudy Giuliani, Mitt Romney, Fred Thompson, John McCain, Sam Brownback and Mike Huckabee. However, there was someone missing: Ron Paul, the Republican presidential hopeful from Texas had been excluded."

Atrocity-Linked U.S. Officials Advising Democratic, GOP Presidential Frontrunners

"Independent journalist Allan Nairn and American Conservative correspondent Kelley Beaucar Vlahos discuss a little-addressed facet of the 2008 campaign: many of the top advisers to leading presidential candidates are ex-U.S. officials involved in atrocities around the world."

Why U.S. strategy on Iran is crumbling

""Everywhere you turn, it is the policy of Iran to foment instability and chaos," Defense Secretary Robert Gates warned Gulf dignitaries in Bahrain last month. But in reality, everywhere you turn, from Qatar to Saudi Arabia to Egypt, you now see Iranian leaders shattering longstanding taboos by meeting cordially with their Arab counterparts."

Evidence of Israeli 'Cowardly Blending' Comes to Light

"A new report, written by a respected Israeli human rights organization, one representing the country's Arab minority, not its Jewish majority, has unearthed evidence showing that during the fighting Israel committed war crimes not only against Lebanese civilians – as was already known – but also against its own Arab citizens. This is an aspect of the war that has been almost entirely neglected until now."

US STOCKS-Wall St skids as jobs data stirs recession fear

"U.S. stocks tumbled Friday, with the Nasdaq logging its sharpest decline in nearly a year, after data showing rising unemployment stoked expectations of a recession."

Jobless Rates Hits 5 Percent, a 2-Year High, Fanning Recession Fears

"The economy is getting hit by some body blows. The big question is whether the economy can withstand it or will it take a fall," said Ken Mayland, president of ClearView Economics.

Iowa: The Perfect Outcome For Ron Paul

"Come New Hampshire, Ron Paul will likely place in the top three. Romney, McCain, and Ron Paul will show well. Ron Paul has the funds, with more than $19.5 million raised in the 4th quarter, and is in for the long haul. As has been discussed across the internet...this may end up being a brokered convention...a very long and hard race. The more face time and the longer Ron Paul stays in the race the better. Unlike Ron Paul, many of the candidates cannot and will not show well in all states. Ron Paul's support is nationwide and he has the money, nationwide support, and fundraising ability to go the distance."

Ron Paul's 10% In Iowa Shocks Establishment Media

"Ron Paul's double digit support in Iowa has shocked establishment media figures who have long derided the Congressman as an insignificant candidate with just 2 or 3 per cent of the vote. Even Fox News' own talking heads now agree that Paul should not be excluded from the upcoming presidential forum as campaign momentum builds."

Olmert: Israel fails to halt settlements

"Israel has failed to uphold its promise to halt building in settlements, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said in an unprecedented acknowledgement Friday ahead of President Bush's visit to prod Israel and the Palestinians toward a final accord."

Olmert merely states the obvious...

How Mossad Deceived the U.S. Military on 9/11

"Mossad, Israel's military intelligence agency, infiltrated the most sensitive computer networks in the United States through a little start-up company known as Ptech, in Quincy, Massachusetts."

Front-loaded, tight races mean Jewish votes could matter

"This election cycle, as the nation moves beyond Iowa and looks ahead to New Hampshire and beyond, it appears as if the Jewish vote could play a role in deciding the Democratic nomination. That's because this time around many big states have pushed up their primaries and polls show a tight Democratic race."

Can evangelical Huckabee sway Jewish voters?

State Rep. Jason Bedrick, left, hosted a house party for presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, right, in October 2007. Rabbi Moshe Bleich of the Wellesley Chabad also attended the event.

"Bedrick may see Huckabee as the perfect fit for the White House, but for many American Jews the thought of a staunchly pro-life, ordained Baptist minister as president is a major cause for alarm. Especially one like Huckabee, who has called on Americans to "take this nation back for Christ," signed a newspaper advertisement stating that wives should submit to their husbands and stated that he does not believe in evolution."

Throughout his career, Obama has reached for Jewish support

"Some of my earliest and most ardent supporters came from the Jewish community in Chicago," Obama told JTA in 2004, after his keynote speech galvanized the Democratic convention in Boston."

Rabbi wants Olmert hanged for talking peace with Palestinians

"Rabbi Shalom Dov Wolpe, a Chabad rabbi in Israel, was shown on television Wednesday addressing a demonstration against the Olmert government's peace moves with the Palestinian Authority."

The IDF is an army that has ceased to function as an army

"The report noted that the IDF did not conduct itself like an army, so it failed to carry out the mission the government assigned it."

I agree, the IDF is not an army ~ the IDF is a murderous "hit squad." It should be renamed the "IMF" for Israeli Murder Force. The IMF is especially proficient at murdering defenseless Palestinians, particularly old men, women, and children.

Stonewalled by the C.I.A.

"MORE than five years ago, Congress and President Bush created the 9/11 commission. The goal was to provide the American people with the fullest possible account of the “facts and circumstances relating to the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001” — and to offer recommendations to prevent future attacks. Soon after its creation, the president’s chief of staff directed all executive branch agencies to cooperate with the commission."

The War and the Elections

"The last election was all about the war, a referendum on a policy that has led us ever deeper into the Middle East, and the verdict was clear: the voters have had enough. In the interim, however, we've had a veritable D-Day-style propaganda campaign, designed to fool the public into believing that the so-called "surge" has worked, we're on the path to a "drawdown," and never mind that – look over here!"

Broad Israeli Offensive Kills 11 in Gaza

"The Israeli army stepped up a broad offensive in the Gaza Strip starting Thursday and killed at least 11 Palestinians in a 24-hour period after militants fired a rocket that struck deep into Israel. {That fell into an open field that caused to injuries or damage like most Palestinian rockets do}."

Thursday, January 3, 2008

Israeli Forces Kill 9 in Gaza

Palestinian families fled their homes in a village near Khan Yunis on Thursday during an Israeli military operation in the Gaza Strip involving troops and tanks backed by helicopter gunships.

"Israeli forces operating in Gaza killed at least nine Palestinians on Thursday and blew up the houses of some known militant commanders, as the Palestinians fired a Katyusha rocket from Gaza that landed in northern Ashkelon, {that landed in a open field causing no injuries or damage} a city of 120,000 people."

And, the slaughter of innocence by the ZioNazis continue as the world stands by in silence. Again, God hears the crys and prayers of the innocent victims and HE is JUST.

Obama and Huckabee Triumph in Iowa

Left, Ozier Muhammad/The New York Times; Right, Todd Heisler/The New York Times: Barack Obama and Mike Huckabee in Des Moines after their victories on Thursday night.

"Senator Barack Obama of Illinois, a first-term Democratic senator trying to become the nation’s first African-American president, rolled to victory in the Iowa caucuses on Thursday night, lifted by a record turnout of voters who embraced his promise of change."

IDF kills Islamic Jihad commander, his mother and sister

"Sources in Gaza report IDF fires shell at house of al-Quds Brigades commander near Khan Younis, killing him along with his mother, sister and another family member. Palestinian sources say 16 people wounded in strike, and some are in critical condition."

And, the world stands by in silence as "God's Chosen People" continue to murder innocent women and children. I remind all who will listen ~ God is a JUST God and he is listening to the prayers of the innocent victims.

Ungenerous occupier: Israel's Camp David exposed

The joke's on who? US President George W. Bush congratulates President Mahmoud Abbas, left, of the Palestinian Authority, and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert of Israel during the Annapolis Conference, 27 November 2007. (Chris Greenberg/White House photo)

"After seven years of rumors and self-serving memoirs, the Israeli media has finally published extracts from an official source about the Camp David negotiations in summer 2000. For the first time it is possible to gauge with some certainty the extent of former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak's "generous offer" to the Palestinians and Yasser Arafat's reasons for rejecting it."

Egypt allows Palestinian pilgrims to bypass Israeli checkpoint

Palestinian pilgrims returning from the hajj through the crossing between Egypt and the Gaza Strip on Wednesday. (Khalil Hamra/The Associated Press)

Egypt allowed 2,000 Palestinian pilgrims who had been stranded for days in the Egyptian Sinai to cross back into the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, a decision that is expected to fuel Israeli tensions with Cairo over what Israel sees as lax security along the Gaza-Egypt border.

I suppose Israel wanted Egypt to force the pilgrims returning from hajj to wander in the desert for 40 years.

Wall Steet start to new year worst in 25 years

"US blue-chip stocks on Wednesday suffered the worst start to a new year in 25 years after an index of manufacturing fell sharply, raising fears that the US economy is slowing more than expected."

Dollar fear sparks rush to oil and gold

"Crude oil prices briefly hit the $100-a-barrel mark and gold prices jumped to an all-time high as investors poured money into commodities on Wednesday amid deepening fears about the weakness of the US dollar."

Emulating the Nazis

Palestinian mourners carry the body of Khalda Hamadan, the pilgrim murdered at Beit Hanoun crossing

"Many people in the West don’t really understand what makes soldiers open fire on innocent and helpless civilians passing through a border-crossing. After all, such a cold-blooded murder defies all logic and flies in the face of basic human nature. This is why many westerners, long-time consumers of Zionist propaganda, would more or less accept Israeli accounts of such murderous “incidents” because they can’t imagine that, of all people, Israeli Jews, the former victims of Nazism, could stoop to the level of thugs and common criminals."

Election power of the Israel lobby

Hillary Clinton is among the strongest supporters of Israel [GALLO/GETTY]

"John Mearsheimer, who alongside Stephen Walt is the author of a controversial series of articles and a recent book on the Israel lobby, told Al Jazeera: "Almost all of the major candidates are falling over themselves to demonstrate how deeply committed they are to America's special relationship with Israel."

The one exception is Ron Paul which is one of the many reasons he gets my vote.

Grandparents branded "terrorists" - for taking photos of grandchildren

Barred for life: Grandparents Kim and Trevor Sparshott were banned from a shopping centre for taking photos of their grandchildren

"Kim and Trevor Sparshott were ordered to stop taking photos because they were causing a security threat."

Vatican, Muslims Plan 'Historic' Meeting

"[Pope] Benedict proposed the encounter as part of his official response to an open letter sent to him and other Christian leaders in October by 138 Muslim scholars from around the world. The letter urged Christians and Muslims to develop their common ground of belief in one God."

As I mentioned in an earlier posting ~ this is the Zionists worst nightmare ~ a meeting of the minds of Christians and Muslims.

Ron Paul could WIN Iowa

"I wrote in November that Ron Paul has a very good chance at winning the GOP presidential nomination due to his enthusiastic support. The purpose of the current essay is to re-examine this hypothesis after the amazing Q4 fundraising. Just to give it all away up front: Ron Paul can win the Iowa caucus."

U.S. lets in fewer Iraqi refugees, not more

A family walks in a refugee camp in Najaf November 21, 2007. Some Western aid groups driven from Iraq in recent years are cautiously coming back, weighing the danger to their staff against the lives they may save among increasingly desperate Iraqis. Ali Abu Shish (IRAQ)

"U.S. admissions of Iraqi refugees are nose-diving amid bureaucratic in-fighting, despite the Bush administration's pledge to boost them to roughly 1,000 per month, according to State Department statistics obtained by The Associated Press."

No surprise here ~ most Iraqis are afterall Muslims. And, if there is one thing the Zionists who control America don't want is more Muslims.

Rep. Lantos to retire due to cancer

(AP Photo/Susan Walsh)

"Rep. Tom Lantos, a California Democrat and chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, announced on Wednesday that he will not seek re-election this year because he has cancer of the esophagus."

Good-bye and good-riddance. Another die-hard Zionist Israel Firster about to bite the dust ~ and not too soon I say. Lantos could always be counted on to put the interests of Israel before those of America. I hope the good people of California will have the good sense to replace him with a representative that truly represents the interests of America.

Crude Futures Hit Record $100 a Barrel on Supply Concerns

"Oil prices soared to $100 a barrel Wednesday for the first time ever, reaching that milestone amid an unshakeable view that global demand for oil and petroleum products will continue to outstrip supplies."

In case you missed it: Abortion in Israel: Terms of Termination

"A 1977 law ensures a low-cost, and in some cases free, legal abortion to any woman who fills one of four criteria:

1) She is under 18 or over 40 (cost to those in between: 1,500 shekels [$370]).

2) She is carrying a fetus with a serious mental or physical defect (free).

3) She claims that the fetus results from forbidden relations such as rape or incest (free) or, in the case of a married woman, that the baby is not her husband's (not free). Single women also fall under this clause, and they too must pay.

4) She shows that by continuing the pregnancy, her physical or mental health would be damaged (free).

In 1980, a fifth criterion that allowed abortions for women living in economic hardship was abolished due to pressure from religious political parties."

I wonder if it matters to the die-hard anti-abortion Zionist Christians that their friend and the "apple of God's eye" Israel is spending their tax-dollars funding abortions?

Naaaaa, probably not.

Paying Homage

"If Saddam Hussein is a spent force in Iraq, why does the U.S. and its quisling allies keep people from visiting his grave? They are cowards with absolutely no integrity and can only function surrounded by tanks and enough military hardware to incinerate the entire country of Iraq. So much for "bringing democracy to Iraq.""

An Unholy Land Grab: The Story of a Palestinian Farm and Settlers

"They have now occupied strategically chosen areas through out the West Bank. Keddumim boasts of its own position on its website, saying its settlers have seized the tactical high ground overlooking routes from the Jordan towards Tel Aviv. In October this year the UN reported that over 38% of the West Bank is now occupied by Israeli settlements and by Israeli military areas. Since the West Bank and Gaza Strip only amount to 22% of the historical land of Palestine - it means that, in the current Two State negotiations, the Palestinians are expected to settle for just 13.2% of the land, despite having a population equivalent to Israel’s, or greater."

Welcome to Third World, U.S.A.

"The United Nations publishes a Human Development Index that ranks countries in terms of life expectancy, literacy, education and standard of living. The latest published data were based on 2005 statistics. The U.S., despite its vast wealth and power, placed only in the 12th position among industrial countries."

New York City Grand Rabbi charged with tax fraud and money laundering

"Rabbi Naftali Tzvi Weisz and five other members of the New York City-based Hasidic sect pleaded not guilty to U.S. federal charges Monday that they arranged and profited from accepting inflated charitable donations that saved the donors millions of dollars in federal income taxes."

Egypt threatens to retaliate for Israeli lobbying of US Congress

"Egypt has rebuffed Israeli allegations that its border police have been turning a blind eye to some smuggling from the Sinai to Hamas-ruled Gaza. Moves in Congress to trim some of the $2 billion in annual aid to Egypt have been described by Cairo as the result of Israeli lobbying."

2008: The year a new superpower is born

"Here comes the world's newest superpower. The rest of the world is gloomily contemplating economic slowdown and even recession. Not in Beijing. China is set to make 2008 the year it asserts its status as a global colossus by flexing frightening economic muscle on international markets, enjoying unprecedented levels of domestic consumption and showcasing itself to a watching world with a glittering £20bn Olympic Games."

News media downplays Iraq war

"As America heads into a Presidential election year where Iraq is a central issue, mainstream media outlets plan massive cutbacks in war coverage and reductions in resources and personnel dedicated to reporting on the conflict."

The "War on Terror" and Africa’s Worst Humanitarian Crisis

"Somalia has been reduced to a killing field in the wake of the U.S.-instigated Ethiopian invasion of that country. Journalists are shot down to conceal the wholesale killings and displacements of women, children and the elderly by indiscriminant Ethiopian fire, marauding Somali warlords reinstated in "their fiefdoms" by the invaders, and supporting U.S. weapons of mass civilian destruction."

Liberty City 7 Trial: A Foretaste of Things to Come

"The U.S. government reached deep into an impoverished neighborhood of Miami to find seven Black faces to attach to the bogus "war on terror." The Liberty City 7 - unemployed, semi-employed and sometimes homeless - were the most unlikely subjects imaginable to entrap as terrorists "prepared to wage a full ground war against the US.""

The Great Divide: Israel's forbidden road

"It runs straight through the heart of the occupied West Bank, but Palestinians are not permitted even to set foot on the asphalt their ancestors laid."

When dealing with Iran Russia ignores US and goes own way

"One of the legacies that Vladimir Putin bequeaths to his successor is Russia's changed position in the world. Moscow no longer has any interest in making minor modifications to a policy largely predetermined in Washington. And the principal beneficiary of this changed perception may be Iran."

80 children massacred in Kenyan church

"Kenya edged closer to tribal warfare last night after more than 100 people – at least 80 of them children – burned to death as the church they had fled to for refuge was set alight. More than 200 people, mainly Kikuyus, the same tribe as President Mwai Kibaki, were sheltering for safety in the Kenya Assemblies of God church five miles outside Eldoret in the Rift Valley. An armed gang of young men drawn from the Kalenjin, Luhya and Luo tribes – ethnic groups which backed the beaten presidential candidate Raila Odinga – stormed the church compound yesterday morning and set it alight."

Seems that Kenya's Christians have totally gone insane. But, notice how the emphasis is placed on "tribal" differences. The fact that the Kenyans are predominately Christian is never mentioned even though this atrocity happened in a church. Imagine what the headlines would be like if this were an Islamic country and the perpetrators were Muslims.

Experts Agree: Iran Is Not Iraq

While speaking at a Fredericksburg, Va., Holiday Inn on Dec. 17, 2007, a local man told President Bush he was "concerned about the nations like Iraq, who now have nuclear weapons." "Iran," Bush corrected. "Iran, and Iraq both," replied the questioner. "Not Iraq," reminded Bush, as the room erupted in laughter.

Ron Paul Supporters Donate Nearly $20 Million in Fourth Quarter

"Texas Congressman Ron Paul’s presidential campaign had a record fundraising quarter, exceeding its original goal of $12 million by over 50 percent when it raised nearly $20 million during the months of October, November and December."

2008 - Imperialist Israeli Apartheid

"The world is expected to look the other way as imperialist Israel (partnered with the US) continues its savage insult upon the Holy Land and her refugees. In 2007 alone, the 59th year of Israel's military occupation of Palestine, the Israeli military forces murdered 373 Palestinians, one-third of whom were unarmed civilians including women and children."

Israel's Shin Bet is enying vital treatment for ill Gazans

"According to Physicians for Human Rights, the defense establishment is preventing critically ill Gazans from entering Israel for medical treatment. Since Israel labeled the Gaza Strip a hostile entity in September, there has been a steep decline in the number of permits issued to the ill. Of 551 requests for urgent medical treatment submitted, only 32 were approved. 314 requests were never answered."

Jewish Agency, interfaith group deal angers U.S. Jewish leaders

"The agreement has infuriated the heads of major U.S. Jewish federations, which provide about two-thirds of the agency's budget. They charge that it will give evangelical Christians, whose donations finance the IFCJ, a say in the agency's management."

You would think Zionist Christians would finally wake up. Zionist Jews only want their money and mindless support ~ they have to keep their opinions to themselves.

Jerusalem Division Inevitable: Olmert

"Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert signaled on Tuesday, January 1, that Israel might have no choice but to agree to divide Jerusalem by ceding its eastern part to the Palestinians."

Olmert and his typical Zionist rhetoric ~ Bush is coming and Olmert is all about talking-the-talk but he really has no intention of ever walking-the-walk.

Kenya church fire kills 15 who fled mob

A man admitted with serious burns lies covered in ointment at the Coast General Hospital, in Mombasa, Kenya, Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008. Youths protesting against the outcome of the Dec. 27, 2007 presidential elections set him on fire. Kenyans ventured warily out in search of food on Tuesday after the post-election violence that had convulsed the country for four days generally calmed, but many shops remained shuttered and sporadic tribal violence continued. (AP Photo)

"A mob torched a church sheltering hundreds of Kenyans fleeing election violence on Tuesday, and at least 15 people burned to death, police and a witness said as the president came under increasing pressure over the disputed vote."

The Christian Kenyans are really running amok. And, all because of a stolen election. One could get the impression that fanatics and extremists exist is ALL religions ~ not only among Muslims.

US mayors’ report: Hunger and homelessness intensify in US cities

"The number of people hungry and homeless in US cities rose dramatically again in 2007, according to the annual report on hunger and homelessness from the US Conference of Mayors. The 23-city Hunger and Homelessness Survey was released in late December."

Bloomberg's mistake

"Let's cut to the chase here. Could New York City mayor Mike Bloomberg, who is evidently now very serious about running for president, actually win as an independent?"

Bloomberg has no intention of being president, at least not in 2008, but he will probably run anyway. His real intention is to test the waters this time around to see if the US is ready to elect a Jewish president. Consider how the Zionists controlled main-stream media are down-playing Romney's Mormonism. "No one should be elected or rejected because of their religion." "There should be no religion test for political office." This is true except in the case of Muslims of course. The intent is to completely neutralize Christianity in the minds and hearts of America's Christians. That way, they will feel no particular guilt as Christians when they vote for and elect a president who completely reject all that their faith and nation is supposedly based on, Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.

US, Israel to "upgrade" ties

Israeli Prime Minster Ehud Olmert, left, meets with President George Bush, before the peace parley in Annapolis, Md. on Nov. 26, 2007.

"Israel seems set to start 2008 with a major foreign policy achievement: During U.S. President George W. Bush’s visit here next week, Israel and the United States are expected to announce a significant upgrading of diplomatic, economic and military ties."

Upgrade? The way Israel is controlling Bush now, I wonder how much more "upgrading" can be done. I guess Bush has decided to go ahead and give Israel the keys to the White House and the launch codes to the US's nuclear arsenal.

Black rabbi in Chicago seeks to bridge racial divide

"I have made it my point, on a personal level, to involve myself in the Jewish community," Funnye said. "I've worked for Jewish organizations. I've graduated from Jewish institutions. My children went to Jewish day school."

All of that and the Jews still don't or won't accept you. Really, Rabbi Funnye, don't you realize that Blacks, or any Goyim for that matter, can never REALLY be Jews? You see, it's not just a religion after all. And, oh yea, if you and your congregation are thinking about relocating to Israel in the future, I suggest you discuss your plans with the "Jews" from Ethiopia first - get their opinion on how Blacks are treated by "God's Chosen People." I think you will find their comments interesting. But, it's not like the Zionists are racist or anything like that...

Kenya killings soar to 251

"AT least 66 bodies have been discovered in Kenya following another night of police raids and tribal killings, bringing the toll for five days of post-election bloodshed to 251."

And, I thought things were bad in "Islamic" Pakistan ~ looks like the "Christian" Kenyans have gone buck wild.

The U.S. and Pakistan After 9/11

"Immediately after 9-11 the U.S. government began barking orders to the world, especially to the Muslim world. Perhaps echoing unconsciously the Christian scripture passages Matthew 12:30 and Luke 11:23, it proclaimed, "Either you are with us, or with the terrorists." Remember those terrifying days, of omnipresent institutionalized ritualistic grief, anger and mandated unity, when any questioning was met with official indignation, threats, or punishment? When everything was supposed to be so clear? When above all, the national need to attack somebody---some Muslims---was supposed to be obvious, and the attack on Afghanistan in particular framed as common sense?"

The five Iraqs

"History will show that this period of relative “calm” we attribute to the surge is but the pause before the storm. Hillary Clinton is correct to label the surge a failed strategy. But her motivation for doing so rests more with her desire to position herself politically on the domestic front than it is a reflection of a thoughtful Iraq policy. So long as American politicians, regardless of political affiliation, seek to solve the problem of Iraq from a domestic political perspective, then the problem that is Iraq will never be resolved, either “quickly” or “responsibly.” Iraq is an unpopular war. There are, therefore, no “popular” solutions, only realistic ones."

Blaming the CIA Won't Work

"Robert Novak's rearranging of facts that have already been contorted by Congressman Hoekstra makes for an interesting read, but the defamation of thousands of professional intelligence officers to shield a wholly incompetent Bush administration from its manifold failures is little more than a cheap shot."

Knesset war report: IDF failed to eliminate Hizbullah rocket threat

"The IDF was supposed to eliminate the threat of Hizbullah's short-range rockets, but in the 34 days of fighting failed to do so… {not only that, but the IDF got it's collective as* kicked} nevertheless, the committee has learned that the lessons derived from the war have been properly assimilated and implemented." {And, Hizbullah has properly assimilated and implemented the lessons derived from the war as well}.

Israel's Peres: Islam is not our enemy

"The Palestinians are not our enemy and neither is Islam," said Peres. "Terror, violence and the alliance between religious fanaticism and nuclear weapons are our – and the world's – enemies."

For once, I agree with Peres. Islam is NOT Israel's enemy, Zionism IS. And, "terror, violence and the alliance between religious fanaticism and nuclear weapons ARE the world's enemies." So, why don't Israel stop murdering and terrorizing the Palestinians, disavow Zionism and destroy their more than 200 nuclear weapons?

The Christians in attendance, acutely aware of the absence of their Palestinian Christian brethren, are probably saying to themselves ~ what self-righteous Zionists hypocrites...

"The slump worsened even more than most analysts expected, heightening fears that the country might be thrust into a recession."

US dollar hammered

"THE US dollar posted its biggest weekly drop against the euro since April 2006 as a slumping housing market and upheaval in Pakistan made US financial assets less attractive to global investors."

Israel's 2007 Victims…Civilians, Gazans

""In 2007, about 35 percent of those killed were civilians who were not taking part in the hostilities when killed," said the B'Tselem organization. The majority of the Palestinians killed were in the besieged Gaza Strip, it noted. The report documented that until December 29, Israeli security forces killed 373 Palestinians, 290 in Gaza Strip and 83 in the West Bank. The victims included 53 minors."

The Post-Bush Regime: A Prognosis

"In order to understand anything about American political affairs, it is necessary to have some understanding of who it is that really makes the decisions behind the scenes, and what their interests are. In this way we have some hope of identifying the hidden agendas being served by government actions and programs, and some hope of identifying the longer-term strategies that are in play."

This is the most important election of our lifetime

"Whichever theory of change Democratic voters nominate, and whichever theory of statis Republican voters select, the choice before Americans next November will be stark. In 2004, many Americans, particularly liberals fearful about a second Bush term, took to calling that election "the most important of my lifetime". And it was, for a while. Now this one is."

Israeli army faces new challenges in training officers

"From the army of the people, the Israeli Defense Forces are gradually becoming the army of half the people," Barak said. "A soldier must not feel that when he goes to battle that in the eyes of part of the society he's a sucker."

Not only are the IDF soldiers "suckers" they are also murderers. Which is the real reason Israel is having trouble finding new recruits. The average Israeli know at some future point in time, the IDF will have to answer for the war crimes and crimes against humanity that are perpetrated against the Palestinians in the name of security for a Jewish state. The "army of half the people" Barak spoke about consists of new Ethiopian and Russian immigrants who, in many cases are not Jewish, but are required to serve in the IDF as a consequence of their immigration to Israel.

Top economist says America could plunge into recession

"Professor Shiller, co-founder of the respected S&P Case/Shiller house-price index, said: “American real estate values have already lost around $1 trillion [£503 billion]. That could easily increase threefold over the next few years. This is a much bigger issue than sub-prime. We are talking trillions of dollars’ worth of losses.”"

Montana’s GOP caucus tempting target for Ron Paul supporters

“In some counties, people are looking at Ron Paul supporters and they are not sure who we are and what we are all about,” said state coordinator David Hart. “Some people are concerned there is going to be a change in the power base, and they should be.”

"On 27-12-2007 at approximately 5:35 p.m. a female patient was brought in Accident & Emergency Department of Rawalpindi General Hospital, Rawalpindi. She was brought to the Resuscitation Room and was received by Dr. Aurangzeb Khan and Dr. Saeeda of Surgical Unit-II. The patient was identified as Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto."

Ron Paul Is Right About Pakistan

"Of [all] presidential candidates now in the field from both parties, only Dr. Paul has had the courage to square with the average American voter." He continued, "[Y]ou can safely take one thing to the bank. The person most shaken by Dr. Paul's frankness was Osama bin Laden, who knows that the current status quo in U.S. foreign policy toward the Islamic world is al-Qaeda's one indispensable ally."

Panic Over Pakistan

"Pakistan is not now fated to fall into the hands of radical Islamists. Such an outcome becomes more probable, however, the more determined we are to "do something." As Dr. Paul knows from his experience as a physician, the guiding rule of American foreign policy should be "First, do no harm." Taking "action" – intervening either militarily or politically – will do more harm than good."

Ethnic cleaning goes on and Israel wants you to accept it

“The Palestinians were driven out in 1947-48, even though the official historical record speaks about pressure from the Arab leaders who ostensibly persuaded them to flee. The idea of finding a refuge for the Jewish community, persecuted in Europe and annihilated by Nazism, clashed with a native population who was in a phase of redefining itself. A colonial project that practiced ethnic cleansing, tackling the demographic problem beforehand: the existence of 600 thousand Jews against one million Palestinians. In February 1948, before the Arabs decided to oppose it in a military manner, the Israelis had already expelled over 300 thousand native people.”

Defining Israeli Zionist Racism: Part 1

"Let us not today fling accusations at the murderers. Who are we that we should argue against their hatred? For eight years now they sit in their refugee camps in Gaza, and before their very eyes, we turn into our homestead the land and the villages in which they and their forefathers have lived.” – Moshe Dyan (Israeli Defense Minister during the Israeli-Arab war, 1967), 1953.

Fox News Bars Ron Paul From Presidential Forum

“Given Ron Paul’s support in New Hampshire and his recent historic fundraising success, it is outrageous that Dr. Paul would be excluded,” said Ron Paul 2008 campaign chairman Kent Snyder. “Dr. Paul has consistently polled higher in New Hampshire than some of the other candidates who have been invited.”

Why is Fox "news" excluding Ron Paul? The answer is simple ~ he doesn't advocate placing the interests of Isreal over the interests of America - any more questions?

Ron Paul, Our Last Hope, Won’t Be Allowed To Win! Bush Regime Further Isolates Concerned Americans

"As mentioned, Congressman and physician Ron Paul is America’s last hope, both in terms of validating our constitutional form of government and in once again providing measurable participation by the people in their own governance. But Paul stands in defiant opposition to all that has been planned and prepared for US by The Establishment. It is both futile and naive to believe the latter will simply stand aside for this, the most serious threat since their recently launched and rapidly deployed hijacking of our government via the Bush and Clinton crime families in the last 20 years."

Assassinations Plague S. Asian Politics

"The killing of former Pakistani premier Benazir Bhutto marks yet another chapter in the dark history of political assassinations in South Asia and shows violence has become entrenched in the region's political culture."

A bad investment

"The time is ripe for Israel to begin making repayments to the Palestinians, not to amass more bad debts in order to expand settlements."

Democracy: an existential threat?

"A single state in historic Palestine, based on equality, is the most promising alternative to the already dead two-state dogma."

Bin Laden Issues Warning on Iraq, Israel

"Osama bin Laden warned Iraq's Sunni Arabs against fighting al-Qaida and vowed to expand the terror group's holy war to Israel in a new audiotape Saturday, threatening "blood for blood, destruction for destruction.""

"Blood for blood, destruction for destruction." That sounds very similar to "an eye for an eye," a doctrine of Judaism and a policy of Israel. So, what's the problem?
