Jewish favorites fall in Iowa

"The two presidential candidates deemed most favorable by Jewish voters were roundly defeated in the opening round of the 2008 presidential contest. U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) finished third in the Iowa Caucuses on Jan. 3 after an intensely fought campaign, while former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani finished sixth on the Republican side, earning less than 4 percent of the vote."
